Last week I pulled quad and this week I pulled hamstring last, Friday 1st. So I decided even though I can't run I didn't give up and get all pissed like I normally do and decided to take charge of my food intake. I'm eating high protein little card. 5:00AM to 10:00PM Monday I even had 6 Meals....
