i actually started lifting in the fall of 2002 i worked-out to loose weight and i did accomplish that goal in a couple months later with determination and hard work each night at 10 for two hours. Then I started to lift to get stronger and bigger for football in 03 so i liked what i saw from being in the weight room i decided i want to get big just not wanting to compete.
Why I Love It:
i stay healthy and feel good about my outside appearance as well as for my inside view.
How I Stay Motivated:
LIFE, People saying that I can't, I gotta prove them wrong.
BB Accomplishments:
in football i made the iron, steel and varsity clubs, i made 3 out of the 6 clubs due to hard word and dedication.

i have no urge to go lift for like the past 2-3 weeks because ive been too busy and down with the flu. Since im back at college its hard finding time to lift i got an hour a day to spare. I was going to use that time to workout but im very tired and worn out from the day of school. And i have...
I am working on a new workout program. i have jumped to three different types over the past 20 weeks. im putting up a new one that i will be doing with my lil bro joel this semester at school to get him and myself big!!! again i will post the new program as soon as i get a chance!!!
What's up Quentin? I had that problem too. I started doing a lot of drop sets and rest pause exercise till failure with biceps. That seemed to burst my plateau. For example, I would use the straight bar with 25's plus four 5's on each side. I would rep till fail. Drop a 5 off each side and do it again until only the 25s were left. I would start my routine with that and do 2-3 different excercises with 2-3 sets each. Any other questions please let me know man. Later.

Thanks,
quentin50. Frvrmuscle - (Timothy) was a son all mothers would be proud to have. He was a 4.0 high school student. He was an excellnt football player and a state finalist in wrestling. Most importantly, he was a devoted Christian. We know he is in Heaven with his father who died in Nov. 2 yrs. ago.
Thanks for keeping his memory, devotion and diligence alive!!!
His mom,
Miya
