Wow looking back all I could think is “this is crazy”… after I got out of the military I pretty much rebelled and claimed that I can eat right and stay in shape….NOT, gained 27 pounds in 9 months… I am glad I got my sense back!!!

Not bad after 5 months of not working out. I was recovering from surgery.
