Folsom High Attended 1997 to 2001 Folsom, California United States
When I Started:
Jul, 2004
How I Started:
Went through a crisis in life, needed an outlet, started lifting....then I got over the crisis....and didn't stop lifting, I fell in love :)
Why I Love It:
Its the physical epitomy of choice and will. Like Pacino says...its a game of inches...one workout, one meal...may mean very little in isolation. But years of workouts and meals makes a champion.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its easy when you decide what your goal is, and what you will have to do to achieve it...then you just do.
BB Accomplishments:
The best is yet to come...

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I have a log on the forums that has been ongoing for over 2 years now.
My last blog was back in May when I watched my good friend, and now professional natural bodybuilder Alberto Nunez win his first show of that season. He went on to win his show in june, and july...all pro qualifiers, he walked away a PNBA, NGA, and WNBF Pro Bodybuilder. He then competed in a...
You have the drive and determination needed to build a competition ready physique and have done it naturally and I congratulate you. You have challenged yourself to do the best that you can do and the results have shown to be well worth it. What you are doing inspires many others. Remember: "You can be as great as you want to be. If you believe in yourself and have the courage, determination and drive and are willing to pay the price, you will do it!"
I am from Roseville and am thinking about competeing in an amature bodybuilding contest in the next 2 years. Do you know any local shows that I could go to to get an idea of what I should do to prepare?
