I was training Krav Maga up to FOUR times a week here and my body was skinny- fat. My diet was healthy but wasn't clean and I wasn't using weights either. Resistance training first, cardio second.

April compared to now... back looks a bit leaner but not sure there's any improvement in definition. Traps, lats, spinal erectors- everything needs work!

Me and my torn ligament and horrible time- of month bloating. No Krav maga training at all until everything heals completely. Legs and abs work still happening though.

Been ages since I've posted back progress, and it looks like Ive lost some fat and the "soft" look I hate so much. Its going to take a lot of effort to build my back, but I think ive got a good base now. *she says, reaching for her protein shake...*
