1 year after giving birth. weight was around 80 something kilos. i had put on 34kg just before i gave birth tipping the scales at 96kg. i was always weighing mid 70kg during teenage times. I never wanted to be one of those mum's that put on weight and made excuses to never lose the fat because i had a child. so here i am.
Legs are still ok (i kept up the cardio and ran every day).... i feel disgusted with myself and it took me a week to get back on my diet as my insulin spikes, sugar craving and carbs were all over the place after eating boat food for 5 days (first i was good and kept to my diet buffet style so many choices) then the last 5 days well we ate at a "a la carte restaurant" even tho the food was great a 5 course meal is too much for anybody!

Looking better then the pictures in pink... feeling ok but still long way to go.

Feeling even better then the last lot of pics... but also 2 days before going on holidays on a 10 day cruise! Apparently there is a gym and running track on board lets see what happens!

Feeling pretty pumped and training hard! keeping diet under control somewhat and have lost a further 1kg...
