Not liking what I saw in the mirror as well as not wanting to buy larger pants.
I wanted to look and feel good.
Why I Love It:
Love the way I look and feel.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at all my before pictures and never wanting to go back to that.
I have the BEST support system my husband, family, coaches, and friends.
BB Accomplishments:
Got the nerve to get on stage for my first shows in June. Now wanting to start moving on up.

This is what I looked like last year I was at my heaviest 175. Other than that I was 175 in 2003 when I was 9 mos pregnant
I wanted to look and feel better
build alittle more muscle and lean out for 2 SHOWS Oct and Nov
Goal (Long):
I transformed my body and lost a total of 50lbs since early last year. I have more to lose along with adding some additional muscle.
I entered my first figure competition locally which was followed by Universe (bikini).
What an experience. Something I truly enjoyed and look forward to my next shows.
I have amazing friends, coach, family, and most important my Husband.

Well, you live and learn :) Its competition against your own physique...what you bring to the table so to speak. Thats what i have to keep in mind. You will get there, i have problem spots too that i'm working on. Its a work in progress :)
Oh ok! Your first is it? Yes, i decided to do a NPC show first to get my feet wet so to speak before doing the SNBF July show, but i may just do another NPC show this year and SNBF next year. Yes, i'm so nervous, yet excited to finish out this final week! Ready to see what my hard work will look like all done up on stage :)
Hi girl! I'm thinking about competing in the SNBF July show here in Georgia, not sure yet. It will be my first SNBF show. Have you done one before? Thats awesome that you lost a lot of weight too! How cool! The June one is in Alabama or Florida? I remember seeing it.
