My first week
Posted in Other : Jul 22, 2011 8:58amWow! I have made it through my first week of clean eating and weight training! I lost 6 lbs this week! I know that is because my body has been shocked because of all the changes. I do not expect that kind of weight loss in the following weeks.
Some of the changes I made:
I now drink 1 gallon of water daily
I eat my oatmeal without honey
I eat small meals every 3-4 hours - mostly fish, chicken, beans, brown rice, and vegetables
