I share the thought. I had to take last week off due to my left shoulder. It was a good thing to rest up I felt my muscles were growing (anabolic). Your waist is coming in good. The work is paying off!!!

Good arm picture. Your getting mass and cuts at the same time. Yeah Im doing good...getting tired of 10 degrees Fahrenheit. Seems like it gets more and more difficult every year. But...on the good side, that ab routine you gave me is awesome. Im still working on those hip thrust and a couple others. Its a demanding routine however I can already start to see and feel the results. Keep rockin, C

Thats the worst, your filling coming out then chomping on it! Are you getting just white fillings? I heard the metal ones are not healthy (long term effects). Your latest picture is way cool, quite vogue. Talk later.

Yes...it took some dicipline. It doesnt burn off like it used to! Your doing the marathons is fantastic. I still remember, as a kid, my blisters from the "hike for Hope" (the medical ship). You guys are a special breed. Hey, are you a M. E.? Regards, Chris

Excellent! go Fast forward!! Give me the details...the location, etc. You know how to do it...put your mind their, you already won! Ya man...Ive been rippin it up pretty good. I went higher on reps 12-15, last set to failure. I get a better pump that way and its easier on the bones.
