How I Started:
Looking at my self realizing how skinny i was. I was around 120 lbs, really cut but way too small. I started working in a gym which got me into it. I started to follow classic bodybuilding from the 60's and 70's. I want that kind of physique Lee Priest, Dexter Jackson, Phil Heath, Dennis Wolf
Why I Love It:
Love the competition and motivation it brings to the table. The pain and the time it takes to grow is such a great goal to strive for.
How I Stay Motivated:
looking at other people at the gym, and on here seeing their progress, knowing that I want to surpass them, and can

Gaining mass over the last three years, starting at 125 and now being between 170-175, my goal is to get over 200 lbs maybe around 210 with a low body fat %
