bodyweight is a non issue for me, just wanna be as lean as possible! to give EVERYTHING in the gym like my life depends on it, that's my train of thought when i'm there! me against the weights and me leaving victorious! anything less is unacceptable. "to overcome yourself, takes greatness" and that's what i'm striving for!
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
i guess either there form sucks or there one of the guys that act like there in a powerlifting event everytime they workout, please, give your ego a rest.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?

I'm currently in las vegas for a couple of days so if there's anything interesting to do as far as nightlife let me know! Looking for awesome things to do!
day 1 a.m quads and 30 min cardio, p.m hamstrings and calves and 30 min of cardio
day 2 cardio in morning usually an hour and abs, p.m chest and 30 min of cardio
day 3 a.m either biceps or triceps plus 30 min of cardio, p.m whichever one i didn't do in the morning and 30 min of cardio
day 4...
so I was wondering you got alot of tats, Im worried about getting bigger and the ink stretching when I get my first one done. Do you think its better on your ribs or traps those were the spots I was lookin at getting it done??
