What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Tweaked my back deadlifting. It still hurts but I stopped all exercises the require a straight back ie rows, squats, deadlifts for about 3 weeks. It has been like a month since I hurt it

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I am bulking with 5 clean meals/day and one dirty(ish) meal/day. I am just basically trying to get as many calories as I can.
