Basically hit a Multi to catch the vitamins and minirals lacking in diet, Protein, Creatine, BCAA drink as an Intra and some different PWO's. I have been using digestive enzymes which have helped a lot with overall feeling in stomach day to day.
Multi's: TSN, Universal, Controlled Labs, bb.com MultiCore and GNC Mega Men is what I have been using lately
Omegas: TSN and Allmax

Right now things are hectic with kids sports, work and other family obligations, currently trying to work in different splits along with some individual muscle workouts with a little cardio each day. Ran through Solo HRT and really enjoyed that system, once things slow down I may try Y3T or O'Hearns Powerlifting program
