My diet boils down to eating what fits my needs. I have a calorie, protein, carb, and fat goal daily. Also included is sodium, sugar, potassium, and fiber. I choose foods that I enjoy eating to meet my goals on a daily basis. Eating this way allows me to eat the foods I love while getting the necessary nutrition to meet my goals.
