How I Started:
i have always been a small person weight wise, around 130lbs.,it is very hard for me to gain weight, so i decided that i wanted to set a goal for myself, to be around 155lbs.nicely toned with low body fat
Why I Love It:
i love to body build because its another goal for me, its a sense of accomplishment week by week and it makes you feel better about yourself
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated by seeing results, it gets me pumped to work out even harder
BB Accomplishments:
benched my goal of 265 weighing in at 145, next is to bench 200%
