Reason: A totally Sweet and Genuine person with The MOST Amazing set of Abs I've Seen on a 20 year old...Actually incredible for any age. Her Change in Physique grew into a whole new Fit and Healthy Lifestyle..that in itself is inspirational :) Plus she's 6ft 1 and all leg..nothing else needs to be said LOL

Reason: One of the most knowledgeable people I know...Always providing me with countless facts and figures in regards to Health and Fitness. Such an Amazing Physique for someone that has YET to step foot onto a contest stage. The amount of muscle and definition she has added to her upper body in a short time is mind blowing and beyond inspirational :) She says I'm delusional, but i know the truth...Valerie is RIPPED!!! The cool thing is she's just getting started and the sky is the Limit for this lady!
