How I Started:
Well I have been working out off and on for 4 years. In 2007 I lost 20 lbs in about 10 weeks. Then I gained most of it back over 1 year after. So I am back in the gym trying to workout hard.
Why I Love It:
I love to lift weights, and I have a whole routine that I like to do that I learned from my trainer last year. But cardio is my favorite. The elliptical is my favorite, then walking/running on the treadmil at an incline.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well my husband is really doing a good job at keeping me motivated, he actually got me started on here. Plus I really enjoy getting up in the morning and going to the gym, turn on my Ipod and going really hard on my cardio. So I look forward to that.

For right now, I am doing mainly cardio, then get back to light weights. 5 days a week 60-90 min. of cardio at the gym, and some at home if needed. Ab lounge at home as well.
Congrats on your weight loss, you are on the right site to learn a lot of info, just search any topic you're interested in. Be consistent with cardio, diet, and weights and you will achieve your goals. clc.
