I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes so I had lose weight to control it. I started out by walking, then progress to incline walking on treadmill. Started lifting weights. Then incorporated running and weight training to my workout program. Lost close to 100 lbs and got into the best shape of my life. My purpose is too stay HEALTHY AND FIT...without health looking good doesn't mean a thing.
Why I Love It:
It really makes me feel good inside and outside. Bottomline, considering I'm in the best shape of my life, my overall health has improved and my diabetes is under control. I've always said "Looking good is the by product of good health."
How I Stay Motivated:
Just focused on good health.
BB Accomplishments:
From size 44 pants to size 29. I wore 30 and now I wear 29 waist but the extra baggy size cuz my legs are too thick for normal jeans. I may have to go to a larger size cuz they don't make 29 or 30 on thick size. Up almost 10 lbs and bodyfat went down, must be doing something right.
