Feb, 2008
How I Started:
Ok how about I get started... FOR REAL this time. I played tons of sports in high school, lived at the gym in college, but not so much in grad school. Gotta get on it!
Why I Love It:
I love feeling strong. I dont want to be skinny fat, or muscle fat. I want to be healthy, strong and lean... plus lets just say that some things I might wanna do in the near future require some decent physical shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
When Im really dragging ass and out of energy, I come on this site and look at some hard bodies, then I have no choice but to get over to the gym!
BB Accomplishments:
Throwing weight around that I could hardly pick up before!

Got no boundaries and no limits, If there's excitement put me in it, if its against the law, arrest me, if you can handle it undress me... Give it to me, no one's gonna stop me now...
I want to lose 10 lbs... and then probably another 10. Baby steps, baby steps
Goal (Long):
Maintain the weight, exercise for health not to lose weight. Im thinking about doing the Susan G Komen 5K in October 2008. Maybe one day do a half...i dunno...I dont like to run that much. =P
the internet where I am staying is sometimes missing in action, and other times too slow. So I have worked out more times than I have posted on the tracker. I know. Also I have been running around at work and trying to eat better most days. Baby steps...
My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I believe we know where you are coming from & want you to make your fitness goals come true and they can possibly sooner than you think. Judimax went from a size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat by following the 12-week Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you may be amazed at the results and the speed that they can occur. Get in touch with either of us if you wish.
I was in the process of adding new pics, because i've picked up my training. But recently i've had a hamstring injury. So maybe sometime soon I should have some new pics for ya ;)
Thank you for the kind words. It's been a wild ride so for. Got the Muscletech challenge out of the way and now focused on Musclemania 2008. First show.
