How I Started:
I started training for football my freshman year in high school to get bigger, faster, and stronger.
Why I Love It:
I love the intensity. I love how the people screaming during the lifts. I love that pump before i go to lift the weight.
How I Stay Motivated:
I realize what I need to do to become better. I try to be the best at what I do I compete with everyone even if they are way stronger than me.
BB Accomplishments:
I've dropped major amounts of fat since I've started lifting. I've gained alot of strength. I've become faster. I've become a beter athlete.

Let me answer the question you left on the Cellucor group: Graining size while losing fat is contraindicatory, to lose fat you have to have a calorie deficit and to gain mass you have to have a calorie increase. However, if you eat very lean and perform both resistance training and cardiovascular you will be able to add some frame to your body and look leaner.
