My junior year of high school is when I really got interested in lifting big weights. I was playing travel hockey at the time so I usually hit the gym 3-4 times a week. In my senior year is when I got serious about training for mass and for up coming bodybuilding shows. Once I graduated in 07 I devoted my summer to being at the gym 5-6 times a week for at least 2 hours a session.
Why I Love It:
I love hitting the gym because its a place where I can free my mind from all the chaos on a daily basis and just focus all my energy on one thing.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by constantly reading magazines and watching videos of teen bodybuilders on youtube and tell myself, "I would have beaten him".

2008 NPC Collegiate Nationals:
1st Collegiate Lightweight
Undefeated in the 2008 season, its now time to eat and put some size on! Will be back on stage in 2010:)
Goal (Long):
Put some size on so I can compete as a heavy Middleweight in 2010. Im looking to get to around 190lbs this offseason and take a year off so I can concentrate in my school work.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
3%
