I want to add muscle and lose the fat covering my abs.
Goal (Long):
Since i've graduated high school my body has gotten worse with every passing year. Then two years ago my son was born and I was by far the fatest and laziest i've ever been. I'm done with that I have challeged myself to get in the best shape I can possibly get. I want a six-pack, ripped chest and arms, and strong legs so I can wear shorts without looking like the guy who doesn't work his legs.
"Vacation" is over - Jr's about to be driving soon. (lol) NAH - it's admirable that U put things on hold to help Wifey with ur little one. Who knows, he'll be lending YOU a spot before you know it. Best Wishes and Congratulations on ur new addition. *smile*
I have gained about 15 in the past year, just keeping up the protein, eating 6 times a day,etc. If you are that hungry, you can increase your portions. As long as it is clean food, you are good. Try a few extra eggs in between meals. If you are trying to gain you body is going to ask for more gas.......
