Decided although I am pretty healthy, adding some muscle mass sure couldn't hurt.
I do not want to get too large but would like to add mass - mostly to my arms and chest.
I'm not a gym person at all and believe that I can achieve my desired results doing exercises without any equipment such as push-ups and jogging. We'll see how it goes.
Haphazard workout involving only exercises that can be done with just my body weight (i.e. push-ups, crunches, jogging, etc.). Basically just doing these exercises whenever I feel like doing them until failure and seeing where it takes me. I don't like committing myself to a strict workout...
