My goal is to continue to loose fat, get a toned body, and live a healthy life.
Goal (Long):
Until I was about 26 i had a very nice body form running and dancing. Then a destructive marraige and depression kicked in, after my son was born i just got bigger. I'm already down to my college weight, but I now I have a little extra fat hanging around that I need to get rid of.
I had to take a few days off from the gym because I got sick last weekend, but then when I was ready to go back I was de-railed again. This time by another relapse into my former depression. It was mild at first, set on by my son's reaction to having to leave me to go with his dad for a...
P!Im definetly focused on the next "mission".I was only pissed of at some people who changed my progress around.Won't let that happen again!We're going to do phase2 of your progression & it will test your williningness to work at it.Hell yeah!!
Im always kickin ass & takin names at the gym.One day you'll see how i train & get people motivated at a gym near you.I have 4 clients the has the same drive to suceed.

You know it's funny(well, not at the time) but when we think we have enough character we get another test or lesson,lol! So, humilty is very, VERY good:) Whatever's going on in your life, keep your spirits up and know that no matter what it looks like to us the Lord IS in control!;)
