What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
nothing comes easy it takes much practice and hard work! keep your mind strong and YOUR BODY WILL FOLLOW!
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
going to eavy or bad form
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
probably the deadlift if you gop heavy with no form you could end up in a wheelchair

well starting this monday i start a seriouse powerlifting program with some big uys at my gym.. my 1 rep max bench press is 290.. we'll see how far i can push it for the next 30 or MORE days hope everyone like my start my first blog lol! ill keep in touch

progress is coming along. but, not getting my short goals. expected to won a gold or silver in sunday's mr. delhi competition but got 5th place. now i am preping for mr. YMCA contest. hope to get something better this time. how are you? getting closer to your goals?

Its going good man! I just can't put a ton of weight on my shoulder with bench or deadlift. I have already gained back most of my muscle and will be 100% in 2-3 months. Hows ur training?
