I am doing the Jacksonville pro then the Europa pro. The Atlantic city does not have a 202 class as of right now. Hope to see you there!

Well I will be straight up hones wtih you... at 6'3 you would have to be about 285lbs at about 4-5% bodyfat to stand next to toney freeman. I can tell you that you need to add alot more size for your height and loose alot of body fat. Height hurts you in bodybuilding so you have to really fill out that fall frame of yours. I am not trying to discourage you or anything but I am trying to be realistic with you. Its a whole differant world of bodybuilders at that height. Best wishes, patrick

Hey buddy.. .just started my off season for bnext year. trying to make some gains after having both my shoulders operated on for bone spurs. Feeling pretty good now and time to grow.
