I never really started lifting weights until our unit was deployed...after about a year of lifting weights I loved the results...so there you go!
Why I Love It:
Why wouldn't anyone love it?!
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking in the mirror and seeing the difference that I have made to myself.
BB Accomplishments:
They had a Christmas Day 5k fun run...first race I have ever ran (didn't train for it!) I placed 1st, and ran it in about 21 minutes!
