I stay motivated by looking in the mirror every morning or by looking at my picture in my journal. It keeps me going. I also stay motivated by knowing that one day the body that I started out with will be gone forever.

Well I know that it has been a long while since I have put anything on my blog. I have just been very busy. The competition that I am in has been very hard. Nothing is easy but this has been a hard time to do this competition. I only have just a few more weeks before the comp. is over...
Thats wonderful to hear. I am very proud of you. I know you can do it. Stay focused everyday and watch the fat melt away. You know I am cheering for you.
Hope your mom is doing better. It looks to me like your passion (fire) for getting healthier just got stronger. I know you can do this. I am so proud of the steps that you have made. Keep it up. We are in this together.
Both my wife’s and my life are centered around fitness and we like nothing more than to see others achieve their fitness goals. If there is anything that we can do to assist you we would be more than happy to comply, even if it is just to answer questions or talk about how you are feeling at certain points during your transformation. Every day during your weight loss journey is not full of sunshine and if we can we like bringing a little light into other’s lives.
I not only needed a body transformation but also got one as did my wife (bodyspace name: judimax). We used the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks and I lost over 50 lb’s and she had great results also, so if you are interested I recommend you give it a look-see. It isn’t super easy but it isn’t so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. I wish you strength, determination and success and if you wish, give me a yell.
Hey. I forgot to thank you for the encouragement. It is greatly appreciated. The one thing I know is having wonderful people to make the journey with make things so much easier. I am glad your taking it with me.
