How I Started: always lifted but older brother got me on proper weights from 13yrs

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): regain muscle and improve strenght after shoulder injuries
Goal (Long): i have always lifted heavy weights and been very atheletic. after a couple of shoulder injuries i realised how much it had taken from me and i want it back. i didnt know how much i would miss lifting until i wasnt able to do it. beening able to strech properly is now something i relish. the muscle would help and stop people from offering me a sandwich.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 14 lb

have been working hard, and trying to push even harder. have been looking around and think ive found a way of increasing weight which wont make me fall on my ass!!! haha its actually worked well and got in another split legs day, this time nailing it on both workouts :))))) calfs still in need...
