Nah, not nice for me. I HATE taking time out of the gym! I admit it, I'm an addict. I've had bicep tendonitis for the last 3 months and a lingering pain in my shoulder that need to be attended to. Thus the deep tissue massage with a full weeks rest. Have you ever gotten one? They hurt REAL bad but feel great after. I'm hoping this does the trick.

An occasional break is good for the body now and then but I don't think I would like it if a doc told me that I HAD to..:\ What's up with your back anyhow? Hopefully not serious.

Everythings good on this end. Enjoying the weather and keeping active. I'm about to take a full week off from the gym to let my body recover from the beatings I've been giving it and get a deep tissue massage or two.

Training is going great. I gained about 6lbs LBM in about 4 months. I'm about to take a full week off (gasp!) from the gym to let my body recover and repair from the beating I've been giving it. How about you?

Believe me, I wasn't bragging about 225, I just surprised myself at how quick I got there...LOL So you mainly just stick to cardio? I'm not sure if I could do a half marathon, so I give much respect to what your doing.

Hello Richard! Short term goals? As a matter of fact yes. Today I got 5 reps at 225lbs on the flat bench. I know, thats not much compared to what a lot of these guys on bb.com can do but just getting 1 rep @225 was a goal when I started lifting about 3 1/2 months ago. How about you?
