When I Started: Feb, 2005
How I Started: Just wanted to look and feel better for high school grad. My boyfriend was also very into fitness and helped me get into it.
Why I Love It: I feel so good after a workout. I love the feeling of the my muscles at work and knowing that I really pushed myself to the max. I think that fitness is something that I can really expand on. There is so much to learn about it and so many different ways to go about it too. I love learning and trying new things to push my body to its fullest.
How I Stay Motivated: My boyfriend is a big motivation. He looks amazing and I want to look amazing for him. Also looking at the fitness competitors and dreaming of being that fit and what it must feel like to be on stage.
The people on bb.com have given me so much support too and I greatly appreciate it!
