When I Started: Jan 2008
HOW I STARTED:

i needed to get big and strong for hockey when i was drafted to the OHL, then i started seeing big results and got addicted.

WHY I LOVE IT:

makes me feel good. i love the pain, and i love the pump. and i love the results that follow, its my drug

These are the best words i could imagine to describe the anger I also feel when im in the gym. 'If you think it’s wrong to be angry, ask yourself if it’s wrong to be sorry as well. The way I see it, I would rather be angry than sorry--at least you can build on anger. And don’t tell me you don’t get mad when you’re half way through your third nasty dry chicken breast and you wish you could swallow it whole. You may as well use that anger in a positive way, right? Tuesday- "Death Day"

Tuesday, yeah leg day for me. Or more like death day. Not like everyday isn't pain day, but we all know those tree trunks are the killers. And thats exactly why tuesday is my fave. No soft stuff for me. Good old fu*king squats and box squats, leg press, leg extensions and some Abductor work for that wide ass look. Everything to failure on my working sets. I had six biscuits on the bar today for squats, im feelin' fu*kin fantastic. Nothing but ass to the grass for those, none of that pussy half way sh*t. Once again i see it more than i can remember everyday in the gym. I'm talking about the idi...
