How I Started:
I used to be a dancer. Stopped dancing. Worked out seldom and gained a bunch of weight. Started working out (cardio, strength training, and classes) to lose 44 lbs.
Why I Love It:
The endorphins released! Seeing success, progress, and the ability to change your body.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing results. Helping others. Feeling better and getting more things done. The new opportunities that open up to you.
BB Accomplishments:
Not "bodybuilding" but losing 44 lbs AND the ability to RUN ON A TREADMILL! I was never a runner, so this is a big deal for me. Certifications in 8 aerobic classes AND now Zumba!

I am unsure how much I weighed at this time but it was before my highest weight. I used to work out every once in a while and read fitness mags all the time..... but not really do much about it. I worked long hours at work, traveled for work, ate emotionally, stressful home situation, etc.

Holy smokes - this is three weeks after her surgery. I am seriously so impressed with this woman. Beautiful inside and out, determined, POSITIVE, supportive of others, and super intelligent to boot.

VQ was good, i dont go there anymore. Havent logged onto my bodyspace in so long. I go to LA Fitness now on South Hill. VQ is 24/7 which was good for me since my schedule is goofy.

Yes 3 weeks in England (thats the UK) eating like a horse and seemingly 1 day of plumbing puts it all to rights. Lets all take up plumbing screw the weights and cardio thing :P I want a plumbers butt !!
