Made it through my first 5 days of consecutive training. I can already see a nice response from my muscle memory, and am excited to get back to lifting. The diet has been challenging. I have become quite fond of egg whites, avocado, spinach, and blueberries. I have completely opted out...

They provide training info (diet and exercise) for figure competitors. I have no plans to complete but I put a program together using their principles. So far, so good. Had a really good legs day on Friday and I'm still sore! Currently I'm on a M_F schedule. What about you?

Thanks for your suggestions :0) I don't eat meat though so it's a bit challenging..just fish. I have been having protein pancakes...those are pretty good. How was your weekend?

Thanks Girly! Oh...I like adding spinach to my omelettes. Don't love the egg whites alone though so I always have a half yolk and that does the trick. Let me know how things go for you.
