When I Started:
How I Started:
upon graduating High School at a whopping 315 pounds and 35+% BF, i found myself short-winded and lost. Just doing everyday activities was a struggle for myself. I have struggled with my weight for a very long time. It was at this time in my life that I decided I was going to change for myself. It took me almost 5 years and a lot of sweat and tears to find myself at a astonishing 215 pounds. I am in the best shape i have ever been in, and I am not stopping until I have reached perfection.
Why I Love It:
working out/bodybuilding has become a lifestyle for me. not only do i participate for health, but also for enjoyment and discipline. i am now to the stage in my life and routine where i need to step it up. i have lost the weight, and dabbled in the art of weight lifting. it is now time for me to harness the ability to diet and keep my nutrition under wraps.
How I Stay Motivated:
my motivation is myself. my mirrors, my mentality, and my drive to not be a failure! my parents have always supported me and loved me no matter what i looked like how much i weighed, and i thank them dearly for their support in the transformation of my body, mind, and soul.
BB Accomplishments:
lost 100 pounds. Yhat was my only goal I had until this point. I am here and ready to take the next step into evolving myself into perfection.

I am working towards a physique that i will be happy with for the rest of my life. Being overweight and unhealthy did not make me happy, nor feel good. I will fight for every 1/4" and every half pound to reach my goal. 230lbs sub 10% BF is very obtainable and i will succeed.
