How I Started:
I've always been a little chubby and done pushups and situps every night to improve my physique. When off-season football weight training started in Jan 08, I started getting seeing results and loving it. I've now designed my own program now that football lifting is over.
Why I Love It:
Seeing my weights improve week after week and seeing results. I also like talking about it to my friends who lift.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at myself in the mirror every morning knowing that i've improved from the previous morning

hey man looking pretty good for a 14 yr old....but i would not recommend deadlifting to get ready for football or any sport besides power lifting and body building......slows you way down
