Hey:)thanks for the compliments! Right now my main goal is to just decrease BF % rather then the losing the 20 pounds. I think if i lost 20 pounds id end up looking skeletal and lose some of the muscle ive gained. and NO the isowhey with water tastes like cardboard, but i just drink it super fast. Its not that bad with milk but since im decreasing the BF% those calories aren't worth the flavour so i choke it down.
How are you doing, seeing more results?
thanks. actually, i've put on 15 lbs. most of the gains in my legs. i eat a lot (6-7 meals a day), but not sure about the daily calories. all healthy stuff - loads of lean proteins, greens, organic whole wheat, berries, no butter, no cheese, no salt, no sugar. i bike, walk, and do yoga to stay lean, but i've still probably added 1-2% body fat. i figure i can drop my calories and lose the extra fat when i'm satisfied with my mass gains. good luck.

I love the lighter weight class as well, you know i have no idea how much i can bench for one time, i really go in there and jsut lift.
Today i did 235-240 for 6 reps. But i have no idea what i can do for 1 rep.
