Dude. Am a FF as well. Want to know what you did to drop your weight recently, and why you did it? I am currently in a balancing act between getting bigger and stronger and yet maintaining my cardio and endurance for the job.

Hey man, I just noticed you were wearing a Leesburg shirt! I go there every year in March to train for a month, and I pop down to Melbourne to train for 2 days, too. Do you know of any gyms in Leesburg? Two years ago they had an awesome gym called Xtreme Fitness, but I guess the owner took off with everyone's money and just left. Last year I had to lift at a hospital gym, and it got the job done, but it was a bit rough. Thanks!
