not a fitness model haha, it was a bikini model comp the boys from gym dared me to do, which i then made to the finals to my horror haha. and i wouldnt say im all natural, ive had to work hard for the results so far...

well i started boxing 2 years ago, started sparring a bit this year. but in the off season i learnt a bit of mma, i think its helped with strategy and footwork. as far core strength.. i think ive nailed it haha
