How I Started:
Started working out after a car crash about 3 yrs ago, to build strength up after my injury's and got hooked.
Why I Love It:
The sense of personal achievement and you just feel healthier.
How I Stay Motivated:
I work in a gym, hard not be motivated, stares me in the face everyday. The hard part is making myself have rest days.
BB Accomplishments:
Gained maybe 3kg in muscle and have toned up heaps.

Monday: Boxing (training)
Tuesday: RPM (spin) or a cardio equivalent (circuit training) then abs
Wednesday: run then boxing (training then sparring practice)
Thursday: Warm up then weights, usually legs, back and bi's (tri's are always sore from extensions at boxing) and i always do...
If you need help with that core stength let me know!! Boxing huh? i boxed for 13 years :):) Thats good to hear another boxes on here..very impressive!!
