How I Started: My buddy owns a gym and wanted to get back into shape. My Dad brought home my first set of weights when I was 12 from a yard sale. I've worked out off and on over the years but didn't devote the time to it until about 1999.
Why I Love It: The way it makes me feel after a good workout, the health benefits and how better my clothes fit.

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): I've been weight training for the last 10 years. There's always more to achieve and I've been finetuning my training over the years
Goal (Long): To squat 300lbs x 6-8 reps. I'm working at 240 right now and work to add at least 5-7lbs per month. I'm working in cycles of 12 weeks with a week break between. Backing off about 10% and getting back to the weight I ended at the end of the cycle in about 2 weeks and achieving a new goal weight of 10% at the end of each cycle. Plan to achieve by 1 Jun 09.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%

I've been bodybuilding for the past 10 years and one thing I've learned (in my experience) is you can make great results without having a partner to cheer you on.  You really have to be your own cheering section - self motiviation.  Unless you are working out with someone who is working at...

Thank you, You make me SMILE & BLUSH! How did your wk go? My trainer(Hubby) was out of town all wk so I was on my own w/my dieting & training. I just hope dat my pix will reflect + not - We are going to a wedding 2mro so I've changed my cheat day from Sun. 2 Sat. Dat jus means I will be posting wk 4's new progress pix sometime in da a.m. so stop by over the wknd & check them out! Ur SUPPORT means a lot 2 me!

Thanks! Yesterday I had 2 hav emergency oral surgery 2 extract 1 of my wisdom teeth do 2 absession and infection! Needless 2 say Dat my diet and workout schedule has suffered 4 da last 2 days. Dis wks progress pix may be disappointing. I do plan 2 hit HARD and STRONG once I know dat I'm in da clear. So given dat bit of info I still would like 2 have feed back GOOD or BAD when I do my weigh in and progress pix on Sunday! Keep up UR hard work so dat I will be envious of ur progress!

Sup Chuck...Had a GREAT day 2day! Stayin FOCUSED & training HARD! Truthfully, I got n trouble w/bodyspace 4 da few racey pix dat I had on my site so I removed them. I hope dat u will continue 2 support me & follow up on my progress even though I will hav 2 kep my pix CLEAN from now on...I love having u as a friend & support system!
