walked past 24 hour fitness,stopped and stared with my eyes to the glass and stared at all that weight...they offered me a free 30 day pass and i was hooked.
Why I Love It:
it shows how much hell you can go through and what you have to show for it. its an individual sport and i do all the work
How I Stay Motivated:
that pump, that feeling you get after that last rep is done. when you look in the mirror and you want that size. you want to keep that size 24 hours a day. i want that size and im gonna stay till i get it. im not going no where

140 pounds at 7% body fat...getting there. this was after i dropped from 160 to 145 for wrestling

What forearm workout has worked best for you?
i dont work forearms really. i dont use straps at all so i get a workout with everything else
