your bmr is around 2400 based on your weight. add an additional 500 healthy calories to that and go from there, keep working it until you reach a plateau then you'd need to restructure it.

low sodium will keep your skin tight.. again it's all about dropping the body fat down, once it's down, then yuo can start playing with your water and other things. Have to get the body used to dieting and getting the skin thin, it takes time.

No... Aiming for the Sunshine Classics as for now which is in Feb. First show of the year down here around West Palm Beach,Ft.Lauderdale area... If everything goes as planned that's what I'm doing.

Hey bud.. Yes, I'm still over at the same LFF, they just remodeled it, looks somewhat nicer. Other then that training hard and working. Supps still the same, except using BSN protein powder Syntha 6 now... Take care and be safe.

I train em once a week. I train them extremely heavy, and I also incorporate a lot of pump sets. I can't tell you how much to do or reps, everybody is different, just feel what works best for you, you can overtrain them easy, and that's one thing I can tell you. Hit em hard, but do not ANNIHILATE em. As for supps., creatine, aminos, protein, joint fuel, fish oil, gluatmine, and if you need an extra edge, the prohormones. Good luck.
