Why I Love It:
The results, nothing more.
How I Stay Motivated:
Was going through a major diet and workout slump for several months (due to many issues with my health and personal life), but I think I've *finally* manged to get my head back in the game and on track, and am ready to finish the final leg of this marathon and reach the finish line once and for all. I won't be updating anything else for awhile (as I have nothing new to report), but as soon as I do, you'll know. All I can say is stay tuned!

I am sorry to hear that:( I wonder how exactly they fix that with surgery? I have not seen anybody for mine yet. I had surgery about 2 years ago for something else and I just haven't felt like going near a Doctor since! To be honest surgery really isn't that bad. The whole thing goes pretty quick once you actually get out of the waiting room. I think the best thing for you is to just go and get it over with rather then putting it off and fretting about it. You'll be so happy once you do.
I am going through the same exact thing. My right shoulder is seriously f'ed up. I can barely bench 150lbs let alone do any shoulder exercises. I am curious, what kind of pain do you get and is it constant? Mine seems to come and go which leads me to believe it's some sort of flare up. Like at night it will hurt so bad I almost cry lol. I just hate the thought of surgery. Have you been to a doctor about it?
Hehe, they are selling spike at the Juice bar at my gym, but I had it once and that was enough to decide that it is not for me lol. Couldn't fall asleep that night :/
