When I Started:
Jun, 2000
How I Started:
I started by maintaining and controlling my weight I always had to watch what I ate and if I did or didn't excersise (Bad genes).
I started at a gym and begin to see the changes and liked what was happening to my body although I needed a lot of work I was willing to do whatever it took to be where I wanted to be (I'm still not there by the way.)But I'm working on it.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel after I'm done, the pump ROCKS. I enjoy the healthy lifestyle living and I love pushing myself to the point I thought I could never be pushed...
How I Stay Motivated:
This website and the members.
Everyone is very helpful and has great suggestions thru good and bad.
LOVE IT
Never give up on your dreams...You have control of whatever you want, take it it's yours..
Goal (Long):
I would love to maintain a healthy weight between 130-135lbs.
Increase stamina and build muscle. My major goal is to lean out my legs and BUTT!! Otherwise Lypo suction here I come.
A few days late on the migraine, but do a google search for the pressure point between your thumb and index finger...read up and try it out next time...most people who have tried it, swear by it.
Have a great weekend!
You look lean and strong, quit beating yourself up so much. As far as getting the rear end in shape, it's all about squats and lunges. Plus, someone that is as lean as you are it could take more time to see the difference you are wanting.
Keep it up though, you look amazing!! Good luck with staying motivated....
