Never give up on your dreams...You have control of whatever you want, take it it's yours..
Goal (Long):
Get back to where I was 4 months ago, I fell into depression over a bad break up of 9 years. First I starved myself, then I drank myself up to where I don't want to be.
I'm back at the gym and hitting it really hard but once again, frustrated because I'm not seing results. I'm doing lots of cardio to shed some weight fast but also lifting heavy and increasing my protein intake.
"A broken heart is the worst feeling in the world"
Okay so I'm a little discouraged about my weight loss. I'm at a plateau and the scale isn't budging and my clothes still fits the same. Since May 1st I've been eating pretty clean with little to no cheat meals and work out religiously every day mixing both cardio and weights. M-T I do 1 1/2 hrs...
You are keeping me motivated, so thankyou! I think my brain is associating cardio with stress and less food from comp prep...ha ha...so it doesn't want me to do any!
I just wrote yesterday in my journal about my cardio lately. I just lost complete interest in it...I have no idea why. I am still doing some, but I haven't done the bleachers this past week. It is so hot outside, you know. I'm sure it's the same where you are.
Yes-I love the ******** products. I stack the D4 w/T7 Extreme-I take them at the same time. I also use the pre-workout 'NO' -it is the BEST stuff. Use my 10% discount code 'SP9626' if you want to order it...let me know if you have any questions :):)
No luck with the junk in the trunk. Good thing for me, hubby likes it. I am hoping that over time, with consistent diet and exercise it will evolve into something I like, lol..
I love it. Only thing so far I've really trusted..if you want, check out the website and it will give you a tutorial showing you how and why it works as well...how's the training coming along?
