How I Started:
I started by maintaining and controlling my weight I always had to watch what I ate and if I did or didn't excersise (Bad genes).
I started at a gym and begin to see the changes and liked what was happening to my body although I needed a lot of work I was willing to do whatever it took to be where I wanted to be (I'm still not there by the way.)But I'm working on it.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel after I'm done, the pump ROCKS. I enjoy the healthy lifestyle living and I love pushing myself to the point I thought I could never be pushed...

This website and the members.

Goal (Long):
Get back to where I was 4 months ago, I fell into depression over a bad break up of 9 years. First I starved myself, then I drank myself up to where I don't want to be.
I'm back at the gym and hitting it really hard but once again, frustrated because I'm not seing results. I'm doing lots of cardio to shed some weight fast but also lifting heavy and increasing my protein intake.

Hi Julie! Yup, I am getting so veiny...I don't even like to look in the mirror anymore. Kinda gross! So I am still running and loving it. You doing ok partner?
Maybe a rest day for you? All this running is way more exhausting than any other cardio I have done. You and I need one day to put our feet up! Have a good weekend :)
You probably having difficult losing a pound because you are already in amazing shape! Aside from them make sure you are doing different things with your cardio to shock your body...if you do the same stuff you body adapts and doesnt burn as many calories! Keep up the great work...wish I was built as nice as you!
Oh man, I hope I can run tomorrow....my buns are tender! I ran this steep hill yesterday for sprints and it was torture...in a good way! You are doing so great, you really are keeping me going. Thankyou for that!
