How I Started:
The first time I saw the movie Rocky 4. I think I was about 10, since then I've been hooked. I've done both boxing and wrestling so fitness has become a part of my life and that will never change.
Why I Love It:
The changes you see in your body when you put in the time and the dedication is the most self rewareding feeling.
How I Stay Motivated:
I've made it a life style, when I dont work out I feel like my day is completely thrown off.

Goal (Long):
I want to be as lean as possible but maintain the muscle I currently have. I work part time as a Personal Trainer, I would like to quit my full time job and be a Trainer full time.
I once heard somebody say "Your body is a billboard of what you can do as a Trainer for your Client" if somebody approaches me,its because they see a six pack they want to have. Or if a woman approaches me, its because she want to be trained by somebody that knows what he is doing. It seriously shocks when I see trainers on their cell phones while a client is doing an excerise wrong. Or even this one, While a client is working out infront of them and somebody makes a lunch run and they order chilli chesse fries.
I guess what I'm trying to say is I want to be the best possible Personal Trainer I could be, no if's ands or buts, the best I could be.
