When I Started:

How I Started:
I decided that I'm tired of being "skinny fat", looking OK, and living an unhealthy lifestyle. I'm working towards my shallow goal of having a totally smokin' body, and my not so shallow goal of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
I have more energy throughout the day, and it makes me feel great to see progress and accomplish goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
bodybuilding.com, reminding myself of great results to come, proving ney-sayers wrong <-- my favorite!
BB Accomplishments:
None thus far, but check back for updates! :)
