What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I take NO Explode and a great pre workout meal. I enjoy working out so it isn't hard to motivate me!

Yeah, you're right about MuscleTech's advertisments alright. Their supps. are pretty good. But after using all the different supps. that I have I'd have to say that Gaspari's the best. But I guess that's just my opinion. What have you used?
