Background

When I Started: no information entered
HOW I STARTED:

My freshman year in high school i was a very small kid. i was a little under 5 foot and light as hell. i was huge into football but i was still too small. i started experimenting in middle school but was not very "into" it. freshman year i realized that if i dont do anything now then it'll be too late to have a real chance in football. i hit it as hard as i could freshman year and here i am now, big, strong and ,fast.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I am obsessed with lifting, its like my little get away spot. I love seeing results and getting results, every day i lift i can feel myself become stronger and more toned and athletic.

My Motivation Program

I stay motivated because i have too, its not real hard. My love for the game of football is my motivation. I live in a relatively small town so i have to stand out if i want any schools to look at me for a scholarship. also i need to gain weight, im about 170 now and i need to be around 185 of solid muscle by my senior year.

JSF1991
JSF1991 Thanks a lot man! You're looking big! Some of my favorite back exercises are wide-grip pullups, t-bar rows, bent-over barbell rows, and deadlifts with some other exercises mixed in. I like doing about 3-4 sets per exercise and 6-10 reps per set but thats just my opinion. Hope this helps. Let me know how the training goes. Feb 18, 2010 8:25pm
